I heard that the average American only uses 200 different words to communicate. That is nothing. Here are 100 words that are simple English :

a, I, as, the, go, do, ball, see, so, done, that, then, than, it, is, look, hi, hello, was, what, why, when, how, why, got, get, there, their, there's, no, yes, maybe, very, cool, bad, sat, say, hot, cold, like, be, we, his, her, my, mine, yet, for, far, place, tall, cave, okay, oh, tree, pot, poke, yeah, vroom, bang, bam, back, jack, unusual, un-cool, water, sun, heat, rock, grass, but, butt, hair, hairy, nose, ear, neck, arm, hand, finger, foot, feet, mile, inch, eye, snot, booger, wax, here, one, two, three, ten, spider, bug, flower, red, blue, white, sweet, cat, dog, hundred.

Almost all of those words can be written perfectly by the average second grader. And we are how many year's older than the average second grader? We should have huge, diverse vocabularies. Most of us do, but we don't use them. It's a gift. Take hold of it. Use it.
